LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that supports brain and nervous system regulation using extremely low-level electromagnetic signals. Unlike traditional neurofeedback, LENS is a passive approach—clients do not need to concentrate, watch a screen, or actively participate for the treatment to be effective.
LENS is used in mental health and wellness care to support conditions associated with nervous system dysregulation, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, chronic stress, and post-concussion patterns. By introducing subtle feedback to the brain, LENS helps interrupt rigid or inefficient neural activity and encourages the brain’s natural capacity for self-regulation and adaptability.
During a session, small sensors are placed on the scalp to read brain activity. Based on this information, the LENS system delivers brief, ultra-low-energy signals designed to help the brain recalibrate its activity patterns. Sessions are short and well tolerated, making this approach suitable for children, highly sensitive individuals, and those who have not responded well to more demanding therapies.
Over a series of sessions, many clients report improvements in emotional regulation, focus, stress tolerance, sleep quality, and overall mental clarity. LENS Neurofeedback is most effective when integrated into a comprehensive care plan that may include psychotherapy, lifestyle and nutritional support, and other holistic mental health interventions.
All care is individualized and guided by a qualified healthcare provider to ensure treatment is appropriate, safe, and aligned with each person’s unique goals.
