Nostos Telehealth provides HIPAA-compliant medical services delivered remotely by a licensed naturopathic primary care provider in Oregon. Telehealth visits are used when clinically appropriate and medically necessary, and are integrated with in-person care when required.
Services are provided according to Oregon scope of practice, Medicaid coverage guidelines, and standards of care. Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency services or in-person evaluation when physical examination or procedures are indicated.
Telehealth visits may be used for the following services when clinically appropriate:
Evaluation and management of non-emergent acute conditions that can be safely assessed without an in-person examination.
Prescription review, initiation, adjustment, and monitoring for ongoing conditions, including mental health-related medication management, when medically indicated.
Psychotherapy, counseling, and medication-supported mental health care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD patterns, and stress-related concerns.
Ongoing management of stable chronic conditions, including review of symptoms, laboratory results, and treatment response.
Evaluation and guidance regarding evidence-informed botanical medicine, supplements, and lifestyle interventions, with attention to safety and interactions.
Care planning, progress review, and coordination related to in-office neurofeedback services.
